Neurotechnology: Chair

I've always loved to build. Building to promote widespread positive social impact: i.e. building to help people. Seeing the potential in Neurotech to transform degenerative diseases, developed disabilities, and impairments has made me obsessed in the best way possible.

The future lies here: bettering health, and expanding human capabilities through neurotech.

I believe that dedicating my life to this is service of the highest order - an excitement I wish to share with the rapidly growing neurotech-interested populus.

Darius, Jayla, and Dameer scaled the impact Imperial Neurotech massively. I wish to take this further.

Imperial is home to so many brilliant minds - you. With so many people fascinated in this space, supercharged project development will be paramount to enhancing the real work that we output.

What this looks like from me: creating more spaces to meet more frequently, with greater lab access (i.e. electronics labs, wet labs) to dedicate resources and space to truly flesh out an idea. At these more frequent project development days, I'd bring on board more neurotech experts to guide teams towards practical development amidst their boundless ideation.

The London Neurotech Hackathon '26 was incredible, with 400+ applications for 75 spaces, scaling the existing hackathon, and implementing more is a personal goal of mine. I believe that the dense packing of talent and enthusiasm is the ultimate catalyst for innovation - more opportunities to bring the community together will hence be crucial.

Any support is always appreciated,

Krish
