Hey guys,

I am Wenkang and I will be running for Secretary of the Cubing Society. I have been cubing for the past 10 years and I have gotten many of my friends into cubing.

My utmost priority is to ensure that there is at least one dedicated weekly session where cubers can consistently come together to practise, socialise, and improve. These sessions would also be where we could compete consistently in the University Cubing League against other universities in Europe.

I would also try to organise more cubing adjacent events such as cube mosaics, a non-WCA puzzle night (Ghost Cube, Mirror Cube, Gear Cube, Curvy Copter) as well as tutorial sessions for beginners. These events would be more casual and fun and would also allow us to collaborate with other cubing clubs in london as well as other clubs and societies within Imperial.

I have plenty of leadership experience as the vice president of my high school astronomy club and have run mulitple large scale inter school events so I have the experience and ability take Cubing Society further.
