Hello, my name is Divya and I am running to be your Secretary this year.

As secretary this year, I would like to ensure smooth runnning of events and conferences by coordinating clear communication between committee members. With my prior experience in helping MWF organise their conferences and workshops, I believe I have a good understanding of what it takes to organise a conference, and so as secretary, I am determined to make this process as easy as possible, as well as highly organised.

I may be new to this society, but I have been exposed to Haematology from university to placements. By attending events run by this society, my desire to organise these events has grown, and now I want to help create events so that other students can experience what I did.

If chosen, I want to provide support for the whole committee in organising tasks, attending meetings, and providing administrative assistance. Due to previous experience of attending meetings and taking minutes, as well as performing various other administrative tasks, I can confirm that my dedication to this society will make a difference.
