Hi all, I'm Chris, and I'm standing for Physoc Outreach Officer! Outreach is a topic I am very passionate about and have worked on considerably in my time at Imperial. As the Physics Outreach Officer I want to bring together resources to create a dedicated physics outreach programme. We have so many amazing people in the department and I want to harness that to create some real difference for those from under-represented backgrounds. But why am I the person to do it? Firstly, I'm one of the Community Representatives for the Outreach Ambassador scheme and have great connections with the college outreach team. Futhermore, I have spent this year being the physics academic department rep, so I have also great connections with staff within the department. These two roles have put me in the unique position where I can bring together many involved parties to really make impact with this scheme. So I hope I've convinced you I'm qualified and I hope you vote for me!
