Hello World!
I’m Aayush, and I’m running to make sure the 4 AM, caffeine-fueled IDE sessions at next year’s IC Hack are the highlight of our year.
I had an absolute blast hacking at IC Hack ’26. But beyond coding, I chatted with the organising team's members to understand the event's operations. Combined with taking home wins at HackLondon and KCL’s Hackathon, I know exactly what makes a 24-hour sprint flawless from both the frontend and backend of the event.
Experiencing IC Hack as a hacker unburdened by logistics gave me a fresh perspective. I saw what inspired teams, and what quietly frustrated them: team-formation chaos, workshop conflicts, and mid-hack energy dips. I offer the perfect balance to fix this: deep empathy for the hacker experience, paired with proven executive ability. Before my first year, I was already leading events like techfests and MUNs with 500+ participants from over 15 countries, directing large teams, and handling sponsors and high-profile guests like India's ex-Chief Justice.
My key plans:
- O(1) Team Hunting: Skillset-based "speed-dating" sessions so everyone finds an optimal team and gets to socialise.
- Seamless Scheduling: Deconflicting workshops and adding always-on activities for quick, fun screen breaks that don't disrupt workflow.
- Novel Tracks: Introducing fresh themes in GameDev, FinTech, optimisation, etc.
- Post-Hack Pipelines: Partnering with enterprise labs to help top projects scale after Sunday.
I want to be the guy you find on Sunday to say, "Wow, everything worked so well." Vote Aayush, and let's deploy our best IC Hack yet!
