Hi there! I'm Willow - you might have seen me around if you were at IC Hack, or know me as the person behind the Golden Tickets this year!

I've been on the organising side of IC Hack for the past 3 years now, primarily on the Logistics team - so I have plenty of insight on exactly what it takes to make sure a hackathon of this scale runs smoothly. I've loved working with such a passionate and dedicated team, so I'd like to use my previous years of experience to ensure IC Hack can remain an amazing event for everyone!

As your Hackathons Coordinator, one of my biggest priorities will be improving the volunteer experience on the day. If you've volunteered at IC Hack before, you know that it can be super tiring, so I want to ensure that volunteers who give up their time are properly supported, to allow them to properly enjoy their time at the event! I'd also like to explore ways to have more attendees at IC Hack, as I think more people should be able to experience such an incredible event!
