Hello devils!

After a lovely year of captaining the c team, I felt it would be right to put myself forward to be your B team captain.

When I was a fresher, having the B team captain (shoutout gabe) in my corner and supporting me along the way really made the devils feel like family. Fast forward to now, as c team captain, it has been a privilege getting to know all the freshers and see them develop into capable strong players that I know will surpass me. With the B team having a great year finishing as the non-check tier 3 champions, I feel a great duty to see this through and lead the next generation of devils to further success.

As your B team captain I will guarantee:

- productive trainings with pre-planned drills targeted towards what the team wants and needs - your money won't go to waste!

- Removal of the "board of advisors"

- Personal feedback for players eager to improve

- bridging between the seasoned and new devils to ensure that there is a sense of shared culture through out the devils

- Your hard work will be recognised and you'll get the deserved ice time

- Collaborations with treasurer and vp to organise more challenge games, in order to accommodate for the growing size of the club and provide more opportunities for improvement through playing in games
