Hi, I’m Ying, and I’m excited to run to be your Sponsorship Officer.
As a sponsorship officer, my aim is to establish a stable and sustainable sponsorship framework that provides a reliable foundation for iPRAS conferences, workshops and future initiatives.
Through my role as Events Officer at Malaysian Medics International, I developed confidence in initiating and managing high volumes of professional email correspondence with external organisations – experience directly transferable to securing, maintaining and developing sponsor relationships.
My vision :
- Proactively securing funding from relevant companies and organisations
- Presenting potential sponsors with clear engagement metrics to demonstrate the value of partnering with iPRAS
- Creating structured tiered sponsorship packages to provide clear value and transparency for potential partners
- Maintaining strong sponsor relationships to ensure continuity and year-on-year collaboration
- Collaborating closely with Conference and Publicity teams to ensure sponsors receive meaningful agreed exposure.
By introducing structured sponsorship packages and early outreach, I aim to build long-term partnerships that provide consistent funding. Sustainable and reliable sponsorships will not only allow iPRAS events to grow, but also help reduce financial barriers for members – ensuring accessibility and success across all iPRAS events.
