Hello everyone! My name is Aarush Sahoo, and I am currently a third-year student at ICSM. I am running to be your iPRAS Sponsorship Officer for the 2026-27 academic year. I believe I have the skills and drive to be a successful and impactful sponsorship officer for iPRAS if given the position. Here are a few reasons why you should vote for me to be your next Sponsorship Officer:

1. I have worked closely with the current Sponsorship Officer, Nour, during the buildup to Emergencies in Plastics in January. During the process, I liaised with many companies and secured sponsorship to offset the costs of the conference. This gave me clear insight into what sponsorship does for our society and how crucial it is to have effective contacts with external sponsors to ensure badging and support for future conferences.
2. I have been involved in budgeting, sponsorships, and liaising with other groups in the past through my roles as head of debating societies in high school. From this, I now have a breadth of experience in working with people of various backgrounds to achieve a common goal, and I believe I can support the upcoming conference heads to receive as much funding as they need for their conferences next year.
3. During my time working for EIP, I updated the existing sponsor contact details and found the most accessible way to contact companies for support.
