Im George, and I would love to serve as your Investment Society Head of Events and Marketing.

Over the past year, the Investment Society has become one of the most important parts of my experience at Imperial. Since joining last summer, I have worked to actively grow the society and create opportunities that bring ral values to our members.

I directed the society's first Global M&A Competition which brought together over 250 participants from all around the world. The success of this initiative showed the potential for the society to operato on a truly international stage.

Following this, I led the society's events during the second term, delivering events designed to provide practical insight into careers in finance.

I also served as Head of Energy Sector at Queen's Tower Capital, having first hand exposure to QTC and gaining insight into how we can further strenghten the analyst experience.

If elected, I will focus on three key priorities:

Global Reach - Expanding international competitions and partnerships

High Impact Events - Industry focused events aimed at preparing members for their careers

Stronger Student Programmes - improving mentorship, collaboration and structure

My goal is clear:

To make Imperial Investment Society more ambitious, more global, more valuable for every member
