Hi, I’m Stephanie, a DE3 student, and I’d love to be your next Activities Manager. Des Eng is such a creative course, but I don’t think we always make the most of the cultural opportunities around us. We have the V&A and the Design Museum on our doorstep, yet we rarely go as a society. I’d love to organise regular museum trips and creative outings that genuinely inspire us as designers.

Alongside that, I want to plan a balance of low-cost socials and bigger termly events, from crazy golf and comedy nights to industry visits and creative workshops. Most importantly, I want to plan things people actually want to do, so please feel free to reach out with ideas you think would be super fun. My focus would be on well-run, enjoyable activities that bring all year groups together and make Des Soc feel even more connected, inspired and fun!
