Women in Business: Marketing Manager

Hi everyone, I’m Priyal (2nd year economics, finance & data science student), and I’m running to be your ICWB Marketing Manager.

ICWB has been a highlight of my first two years at Imperial: the socials, the workshops, the talks. I want more women to find ICWB the way I did: not by accident, but because the marketing makes them feel like they belong here.

My focus as Marketing Manager:

Make ICWB impossible to miss on campus + online (consistent branding, recognisable series, etc)
Marketing that converts quick, fun content from “looks cool” into “I’m coming”
Member spotlight energy: celebrate women doing amazing things (internships, wins, first-years trying new things)
Content that feels friendly, reassuring and confident, especially for freshers

ICWB genuinely helped shape my first two years here, not just professionally, but socially too. I’d love to bring that same energy into the marketing, so more women feel confident showing up, even if they’re coming alone for the first time.
