What I love about LUSL 2s is that it gives everybody the chance to play water polo. Whether you’re a new player looking to improve, or an experienced player looking to have some fun, LUSL 2s provides a place for anybody with a good attitude who is willing to swim hard and get dunked under water a bit. As your LUSL 2s Captain I would continue the great work of this club in providing a water polo team that is inclusive to all abilities while continuing to compete at a high level.

One new thing I would like to do as 2s Captain is to run some teaching sessions on rules, strategy and decision making for developing players. These could potentially be incorporated as a casual meetup before socials or built into in-water drills during usual training. My vision is to give a bigger picture view of the game to help ambitious new players get to the next level.

The LUSL 2s team is an essential part of this society, giving all members a chance to play competitive games while being part of a fun and social club. I would be honored to lead the team as Captain next year.

Please do not vote for me for both 1s and 2s Captain. Whichever position you think I am best suited for, I know that Torin would do an excellent job at the other.
