Cross Country & Athletics: Trail Captain
My pitch is pretty simple:
- I want to take a trip to a fell race. Fell races are a very fun and reasonably accessible discipline that is totally different to lots of other running - look it up! Most entries are also <£10 and include a pint πΊππ©
- I live in a pretty convenient spot. I live with my parents and dog in the Surrey Hills. We are just over an hour from campus yet have access to some pretty interesting trail running. Not only will trail trips be easier than ever, but they may even finish with some of my mother’s banging cooking π₯ π©π³
- My nan lived in a pretty convenient spot. Until recently my nan lived on the edge of Snowdonia in North Wales. I’ve spent a decent chunk of my life up there and would love to take people up there for some fantastic running if people are keen π΄σ §σ ’σ ·σ ¬σ ³σ Ώπ»
