Akilesh Rathinam

We are Simran and Akilesh, and we’re running for Teddy Bear Hospital Chair.

We have really enjoyed being in Teddy Bear since the beginning of university and it’s been integral to our time at Imperial! We would love to be able to give back to this society and the wonderful volunteers who make it possible.

We have had a lot of experience since first year, being the tied first and tied second volunteers for attending the most sessions. We have also been on committee for two years and attending almost all sessions within this period and we have had experience in different areas of the society, continually trying to be available for the society and put in our all for Teddy Bear Hospital! 🧸

We would like to continue the current chair’s amazing work in organising social’s at least once a term and are also looking to increase the number of collaborations we do with other societies.
