hellooo, I'm Marcus and I've been in the commitee for longer than any candidate in this election. As my 3rd year on the committee, I've decided to take a step forward and put myself up for the role of Vice Chair. My goals are to uphold our tradition of our amazing yearly Wales Trip and stay in contact with people in the industry to faciliate depot visits. In addition, I also aim to help coordinate our new committee members joining us this year to form a good team to bring ICRTS forward. if you want a vice chair that knows what needs to be done, and can bring people together, vote me !
heres a bit about me in case you missed my presentation at the AGM, I'm from Hong Kong, and am an ETCS and Platform Screen Doors advocate, maybe too passionate about some signaling system stuff. spends maybe too much time on the train simulator. still have much to learn in the UK variety of railway but too familiar with the japanese side of things. (AMA if you also like japanese railway :)) also knows a tad bit about planes but im unfortunately a mechanical engineering major and not aero.
