Hi! I’m Xulun (Bebe), a second-year Biochemistry student running for VP Operations at ICG. Having been both an associate and currently a project manager across previous cycles, I’ve experienced the applications and project process from both perspectives and met many driven, like-minded peers along the way. These experiences are exactly why I want to take on this role. They’ve given me practical insight into what it takes to deliver high-quality results and what strong operations look like behind the scenes.

Here’s what I’d focus on. I want to make our applications process more transparent and easier to navigate. Applicants should have a clear understanding of what we’re looking for and how they’ll be assessed. On a broader level, I’ll make sure our systems run smoothly and communication remains consistent and efficient throughout every stage of the cycle each term. By refining communication and maintaining structured, fair evaluation systems, I aim to strengthen both efficiency and clarity.

I would be excited to take on this responsibility and help ICG’s operations run as smoothly and effectively as possible.
