Consultancy: ICG President

Hey Everyone!

I'm Leon, and I've served as VP Events for ICCS this past year. I've also worked in both leadership and associate roles across student consulting projects with LSC, 180DC, and ICG, and I'd love the opportunity to bring this experience to the role of ICG President.

My Vision

I believe ICG is already one of the strongest student consulting groups. My goal is to build on that by making it an organisation that is more consistent, more developmental, and more connected for every member.

1. A more consistent project experience

I want to help ensure that members have a strong experience across all projects, with a higher baseline of quality across teams. This means more consistency in how projects are run, as well as mentor and client involvement.

2. Stronger development for both Associates and Project Managers

ICG should help students grow through projects. I want to support more structured development so members receive better guidance and value throughout the project.

3. A more connected ICG community

I believe ICG can be so much more than just a place for one-off projects. It has the potential to be a community where members connect and support each other in preparing for consulting careers.
I'd also like to strengthen collaboration with ICCS while making the distinction between the two groups clearer.

I'm eagerly looking forward to improving the experience with ICG for all members of Imperial, and would love the chance to make these changes happen as your next President!
