Inara Shivji

Hi everyone, I’m Inara, a 2nd year medic :)

Having been involved in this conference over the past two years, I have seen firsthand just how much work and care goes into making it successful. In first year, I was an MMI interviewer, and in second year I joined subcommittee. In this role, I supported all three major conferences, giving me clear insight into not only the preparation and execution required for such a large event, but also just how much of an impact these conferences have. We work with so many students from so many different backgrounds, and it is essential that we continue to provide high-quality support, particularly for those who may not otherwise have access to this level of preparation.

With every conference I’ve been part of, I have grown more confident and more aware of the small details that make a significant difference, and just how important it is to have a great team, one which I have found Vision has always provided :)

I would love the opportunity to continue the great work already established in previous years and build upon it, ensuring that every student gets the most out of the conference, leaving better prepared, more confident, and ready to succeed in their MMI circuits :)
