Hi, I'm Shawn, and I'm running to be your Major Event Officer for 2027!

I have been actively involved in ICSS events this past year, and they have been a solid highlight of my time here in Imperial. It is through this society that I found my community here, and I am grateful. It's a no-brainier for me to want to contribute back to this society, in this case by serving you guys as Exco next year.

As ME Officer next year, I will be dedicated to ensure that the production next year will be successful. Having been a part of the main cast for this year's Major Event, I have seen the hours being poured to make it top-tier, and I am willing to put in the work to make it happen. With it being my first time in cast, I recognise ME as an invaluable opportunity for those involved to go beyond their comfort zone and discover hidden talents. I also see ME as a great way to showcase our artistic side and connect with other singsoc members. I am committed to ensure that our juniors will get these same opportunities next year, while still having as much fun as we did. I aim to ensure that all aspects of next years production are managed well and settled promptly, and for greater fresher involvement, especially in artistic decisions.
