Hello Everyone!

Once again I am applying for the role of VP Events for ICRS. This past year as VP Events has been a blast, we've hosted chopstick carving, open labs, generative keychains, the prominent Robotics 101 course, a handfull of industry talks as well as the KCL-ICL winter soldering challenge; our well-recieved pull towards inter-univeristy events.

Taking a moment to reflect on the year so far, I realise the scope of events we've been able to provide to this quickly-growing community and I feel so fortunate to be able to contribute to these feats. I've gotten nothing but possitive feedback from these past two terms, but I encourage everyone to take a moment to reflect with me and give their opinions on the events we run in ICRS (no matter how harsh).

My plans for next year are broadly to continue as we have, with a bigger push towards community-run events and a higher proportion of inter-society/university events. If you have any questions or suggestions (event ideas are always needed) you can find me in the robotics lab 24/7, and on discord as "Laura (Events)"
