Anne Guo

Hi guys!

My name’s Anne, a first year Chemistry student, and I’m running for Vice President! When I'm not found around the Chemistry building I can be found at the Tabletop Gaming Society. ChemSoc has been invaluable to me as a way to connect with other Chemistry students, especially in the Welcome Week where I didn't know anyone at Imperial. I'd like to expand ChemSoc's presence and make sure we're creating exciting events for all chemistry students. I’m thinking of doing it through:

• A welcome week with even more activities for everyone,
• More events during term, whether that be casual hangouts or networking opportunities,
• An affordable but fancy Christmas Dinner,
• And anything you might suggest!

I’m ready to take on the role of VP as I've got previous experience as a volunteer and organiser at summer camps for UNF in Denmark. So if any of what I’ve mentioned sounds sensible, then do vote for me, and thanks for reading my manifesto!
