Hey everyone! I am Chloe, and I am running for BioSoc Vice President!
Let’s get straight into the point with things I can do to improve our experience in BioSoc:
🔬Events - not only having more of them, but actually making more people participate!
- Group hikes, or even just a chill picnic in Hyde Park
- Pub quizzes with fun themes
- Socials and formals for us to know more people
- Chill handcrafting workshops also if you’re not into intense socializing
- Blend in academic with social fun!
🤝 Connections
- Better and more collabs with other societies
- Communication between bio students in different years
- Career talks with biology alumni
- Interaction with college staff and professors, particularly in field which we are interested in
