this is sort of just a punchline, if you wanna see my main manifesto see the attached
but in short: next years my final year :( and dodgeball has been a concerningly big part of it. i wanna make sure more cool shit happens - which hopefully under my limited jurisdiction this year I did (make a friend session, moving socials to brewdog, curry night, just being present, more to come...) - and push to grow the club (esp at the start of the year, more members etc...).
Going from social sec to sec means I can do this in a bit of broader way with more autonomy (i.e. training/general club running, as seen a bit in me pushing for more proper training sessions on tuesdays which hopefully you have been receptive to, and has benefited competitive performances). In this sense, if you vote me in you can think of me a bit like danzo in the hidden leaf, or as Anas puts it, JD Jaggins. final thing if voted I'll commit to doing what i sign up properly no half measures so i can be pretty much relied on to do what i signed up for, and usually a bit more (as I hope i have been this year).
