Aron Abraham
Hi everyone, I’m Aron, and I’m running for MedEd Secretary.
I care about making MedEd accessible, organised, and genuinely useful for students every year. In my current roles as President of the Cardio Society and Secretary of the British Undergraduate Cardiovascular Association, I’ve gained strong experience coordinating committees, running events, and keeping large groups updated — and I’m excited to bring those skills to MedEd.
As Secretary, my priority will be efficient communication and smooth organisation, so you never miss opportunities and events run seamlessly. If elected, I will:
-
Keep members informed with clear, consistent updates via email/socials, including a simple termly calendar of key sessions and deadlines.
-
Support high-yield teaching by helping coordinate revision sessions, skills workshops, and mock-style practice across all years.
-
Make resources easier to access by maintaining an organised bank of sign-ups, slides/handouts, and key links.
-
Act on student feedback through quick polls and post-event forms, using your input to shape topics, formats, and timing.
I understand the Secretary role is vital to keeping MedEd running efficiently, and I’ll bring a proactive, organised approach to help MedEd continue to deliver the supportive, high-quality teaching students rely on.
Thank you for reading — I’d really appreciate your vote!
