Alexia Horea
Another last-minute decision on my part...
I’m Alexia, second-year Molecular Bioengineering, and I code. I looked at our society’s digital presence and noticed something: we don’t have a website. Instagram is great for aesthetics, terrible for finding information six months later.
Here’s what I want to do:
Build a website that earns its existence. Events, resources, UROP guides, HealthHack info, structured and findable. A home for the magical Bioeng Bible.
Make HealthHack and other great hackathons known and more inter-university. More participants, better problem-solving, bigger impact.
Keep everything current. Working with Publicity to make sure our online presence across all platforms is consistent and alive.
Why vote for me? I have the coding skills, the vision, and, genuinely I don’t mind front-end development.
Last-minute decision. Real (maybe) skills.
P.S. I don’t own a professional headshot. You’re getting a photo of me happy in my ABBA hat after seeing the show for the 50th time. I think that tells you everything you need to know.
