Hi all! My name is Kanthika, and I'm running to be the next Events Officer of the Rail and Transport Society!
A little bit about me
- I am a first year Microbiology student
- I have been a rail enthusiast pretty much my whole life
- I have been a fan of Jet Lag: The Game from the very start
- The Bakerloo Line is the best tube line. Fight me.
What I intend to do as Events Officer
- Continue to ensure that there is at least one tube challenge every month during the academic year
- Try to organise at least one trainspotting trip each term (preferably more)
- Generally being open to suggestions for events to run, and trying to implement said suggestions as far as is practical.
