Two years ago, I showed up to the Freshers' Fair and made the best decision of my life: joining Mary's instead of stinky IC. Now, I can't imagine university life without you fellas. I'm running for 1st Team Captain because I want to ensure that after the belter of a season we're having, we continue to achieve greatness in the 26/27 season.

Next season will bring challenges: being promoted, losing many of our amazing final years, and the times when Veylan is shower gel captain. We won't need to reinvent the wheel, but playing against better competition requires us to be clinical, conditioned, and ready to explore new avenues to get across the line. To bridge that gap, I’ll be bringing back everything I’m learning from National League 1 coaches with Berkshire U20s. I want to provide that professional edge to our structure—much like Kobbie has—to ensure we are actually competing for the top spot.

Off the pitch, a major priority will be attracting a huge fresher intake (pause). I’ll work closely with the rest of the committee to ensure we have a strategic plan for the Freshers' Fair and trials, setting the club up for success for seasons to come.
