Ekaterina Veter

I'm Ekaterina, a second-year Economics, Finance & Data Science student. My favourite thing to do is paint portraits, and I also love to experiment with new media and ways of making art - I have a slight scrapbooking obsession, and love an art gallery. All to say, I feel very at home in Art Club, and from life drawing sessions to painting in Hyde Park, it's been a highlight of my time at Imperial so far. I'd love to get more involved in a role I feel closely aligns with my background.

My priorities as Secretary would be:

Making sure members always know what's coming up - workshops, exhibitions, gallery visits, and everything in between - through clear and timely communication.

Building on the newsletter by introducing member artwork spotlights, upcoming workshop previews, technique tips, and exhibition reviews written by members, alongside the What's On in London section.

Being an approachable point of contact to whom members feel comfortable sharing ideas and feedback.
