Sofia Adelantado Lopez

Hi! I’m Sofía. I’m from Valencia and I study Aeronautical Engineering, currently in my second year.

Last year I had the opportunity to be part of the committee as Publicity Officer, which gave me valuable experience working behind the scenes of the society. Through this role I learned how our events are organised, how the committee works together, and what it takes to keep the society running smoothly.

Because of this experience, I already understand how the society operates, and I’m confident I can help make things even more organised and efficient as Treasurer. My goal would be to manage the society’s finances responsibly so we can continue organising great events and supporting new ideas that bring the community together.

The Spanish Society is an important space for many of us at Imperial, and I would love to help ensure it continues to grow while remaining a place where we can all come together and keep a small taste of home during our time here.
