Hi your secretary here. In this year I've been sending you emails and throwing @everyone all over the place.

In the past, my manifestos are mainly starlight quotes, but today I'm relying on my own words.

ICAS is envolving like never before. In the past year we've hosted a voice actress event like never before, and I will work to put an 's' after 'event'. We've also had a successful year with Melon Band without losing money.

However, the anime world is changing, so as the crowd. If I'll be elected, I shall use the best of my ability to expand our crowd and push the diversity of the society towards a new horizon. We'll have more dedicated events for animation lovers, game lovers, comic and novel readers, seiyuu simps and whoever share the same passion as us.

The future is in our hands. The future is in your hands. What is covered by ICAS is to be defined by each one of you. Be open to other subset of anime, and be proud of your own passion. And I shall steer ICAS towards an atmosphere where everyone, every passion is to be welcomed. What's more, I wish in the future ICAS will be accompanied by you.
