Having a year of experience as the Captain, I am happy to continue leading the club. Though with 3rd year PhD looking like it'll be tough, here's what I can and can't promise.

I can promise to:

- Keep an overview of the running of the club, performing important admin tasks.

- See my term through till the end.

- Provide advice to archers on archery and committee tasks.

I can't promise to:

- Devote a large part of my time on day-to-day club tasks.

- Be on top of every aspect of the club - I will need to delegate and I'll need to trust the rest of the committee to perform their respective tasks with limited oversight.
