My vision for the Matsoc VP role is based on furthering the amazing job that was done this year. I like the careers focus and working with interesting startups in both the careers fairs and the lunchtime lectures. I want to also organise interesting industry trips and will do this by working closely with the sponsorship officer.

I was fortunate enough to do a large part in organising both the CV workshop and interview workshop that you may have taken part in, as Matsoc VP I want to scale this by bringing in actual HR and recruitment from top firms, this way we can get the BEST advice for people in Materials.

In short:

More industry visits, More careers focus , More food!

Everything again but bigger and better and more tailored to you as individuals
