Hello, I am Declan Chang. I am serving as the Year 1 well-being student representative for biological sciences. Over these two terms, I learned how student representatives and staff work together. I have brought forth all the concerns I received while maintaining transparency, and if elected I am going to continue to keep everyone up-to-date.
My goal as the department representative is to be able to address a wider range of issues, mainly making quality of life improvements for students, such as improving the common room. I have already met many new people through my current role and look forward to the opportunity to meet more of you in the future and enhance your student experience in any way I can.
