Siena Dickman-Livingston

Hey, I'm Siena, a 3rd year EPS student, and I would LOVE to be your new VP of Welfare :)) Our current VP, the one and only Gao, implemented some absolutely incredible initiatives over the year, and I would love to follow in her footsteps to ensure everyone feels welcome and included in our incredible RSM community 🫶

Here are a few ideas:

• Joint activities with other imperial societies, like Yoga Society and Docsoc. This will be a great way to try something new, destress, and meet new people.
• Fun competitions! I’d love to see teams go head-to-head in a gingerbread house or pumpkin carving competition. Solo competitions like cake baking would also be a great way of boosting confidence and taking everyone’s minds off studies.
• I would love to propose an “RSM sports day”! Think egg and spoon race, wheelbarrow race, three-legged race… We’ll have the lot! There’s nothing better to boost spirits than winning races and cheering on your friends!
• We should celebrate our friends in the RSM community more by having a rose/easter egg/candy bag delivery you can secretly send to your fave RSM-ers!

Gao’s lunchtime decorating sessions were also SO successful, and I would love to redo those as we all loved them!
