Hi Royal Miners!

I’m Polina, a third year Geophysics student. I haven’t had any committee roles in the RSM yet, but I was Secretary for Snowsports last year and Race Captain the year before, so I do have solid experience organising big socials, trips, and making sure things actually happen.

This year I have genuinely fallen a bit in love with the RSM, and I’d love the chance to give something back to the community by helping run the events that make it what it is. So I’d love to take on the role of RSMU Vice President (Activities & Events). Alexia, your current VPAE, has done such a good job this year, especially with all the chaos around away Bottle, and I’d love to keep that energy going next year.

I am committed to planning all the annual events to the highest standard in the upcoming year, to keep the RSM legacy going strong - and even add a few new ones alongside the usual favourites.
