Having been the well-being rep for year 1, I understand what it takes to represent the cohorts and the communication and structure required to make meaningful change. In the past, I have been experienced in chairing debates in both a parliamentary procedure and in MUN, therefore I am well practiced in ensuring that everyone gets an equal voice which is listened to.
