Emil Huseynli

My mission is to create a supportive, approachable, and inclusive environment where every student feels cared for and understood. I aim to be someone my classmates can easily talk to, someone who listens without judgment, respects confidentiality, and ensures their concerns are heard and acted upon. I will maintain regular communication with wellbeing advisors, academic staff, and the Student Union to make sure any issues raised are directed to the right support channels promptly and effectively. I will measure success by how comfortable students feel approaching me and how efficiently their concerns are addressed. By promoting empathy, communication, and balance, I hope to strengthen our sense of belonging across the Design Engineering cohort. Together, we can create a culture where asking for help is seen as a strength, not a weakness.
