
Hi everyone,
I’m Anikait, and I really care about the wellbeing of our cohort. Over the past months, I’ve seen how challenging things can get, and I know from personal experience — especially having dealt with imposter syndrome myself — how tough it can be when you start doubting your place or your abilities. No one should feel like they’re alone in that.
That’s why I want to do more to support each other’s wellbeing. I’ve been looking into the possibility of organizing weekly sessions with support from ICSM Welfare — things like puppy therapy, mindfulness breaks, or other fun, relaxing activities — to give us all a space to de-stress, connect, and recharge.
I truly believe that when we take care of ourselves and one another, we perform better and feel better. So, I’d love to hear your thoughts, and I hope together we can make wellbeing a real priority for our cohort.
