Hi, I’m Fortune, and I am standing to be your MPH course Representative. If elected, I'll be proactive and relentless in working to immediately better our student experience. I have experienced the challenges first-hand, from unclear module and module-adjacent expectations to the isolation of postgrad life.

I want to eliminate academic ambiguity and ensure you never feel out of control of your workload. I will push strongly for better learning resources. This includes advocating for the development of more practice papers and making some adjustments to the curriculum so that it can better align with what is required of tomorrow’s public health workforce.

I understand the mechanical duties of this role. I commit to being highly responsive (in-person and via email) and using collected feedback to drive tangible change. Whether you have an issue ranging from pressing to just preemptive, I’m happy to help. I will diligently participate in student-staff meetings, track all actions, and most importantly close the feedback loop by providing clear, timely updates so that changes benefit our cohort now.

You deserve transparency and to feel more informed and involved in shaping your academic experience. I’m ready to be a voice that carries yours forward with clarity and conviction. I believe that I’m the best fit to be your MPH rep and if you do too, then vote for me to represent you.
