Hi everyone! 👋

I’m excited to run for the position of Secretary of Peasoc for the upcoming academic year. As someone who is passionate about organisation and supporting smooth communication within teams, I believe I can bring both efficiency and clarity to this vital role.

If elected, I will:

🗂 Keep things running smoothly – I’ll ensure all administrative tasks are handled promptly, including taking accurate minutes during meetings, organising schedules, and managing room bookings without a hitch.

🗓 Stay on top of scheduling – Whether it's booking rooms for jam sessions or scheduling committee meetings, I’ll keep everything coordinated so everyone is informed and on time.

📝 Communicate clearly and consistently – I’ll make sure all members stay updated on plans, events, and decisions by sharing concise meeting notes and reminders.

🧠 Be proactive and reliable – I’m detail-oriented, punctual, and always happy to lend a hand when needed. You can count on me to be the backbone of the committee’s organisation.

Above all, I want to contribute to a fun, welcoming, and well-run society that makes it easy for everyone to get involved and enjoy what we do. I’d love the opportunity to help make that happen as your Secretary!
