Hi I am Belle!
I’m excited to run for the role of Internal/Alumni Manager to foster the internal and alumni relationships within our society by building a vibrant, supportive network where women empower each other.
I am committed to enhance the collaboration and communication across all teams and engage in the development and organization of programs and events that strengthen internal and alumni relations. This will include maintaining and updating the alumni database, and collaborating with the Events and Treasurer teams to invite distinguished speakers who can offer valuable insights to our members.
With my experience in project management and strategic planning, I understand the importance of listening to diverse voices and creating initiatives that resonate with members’ needs. I will ensure that every member feels valued and heard by enhancing internal communication and keeping everyone connected through regular updates and interactive forums. By reaching out to our alumni network we can create new networking and outreach opportunities for our members.
With a clear strategic vision, I will seek innovative ways to improve our impact. One example of this is expanding the scope of our panel events from investment banking, equity research, and consulting, to include other industries such as asset management, to offer even broader perspectives and opportunities for our members.
These principles will guide my efforts to ensure that our society continues to grow, build stronger and lasting connections, and create meaningful experiences for everyone involved. Thank you for considering my candidacy!
