I’m Antraa and I’m excited to run for Internal/ Alumni Manager in the Women in Business committee! As someone who attended loads of networking/ insight events held by WIB, I would love the chance to get more involved in facilitating these :)

My main focus would be ensuring every event has a range of alumni to represent all different types of roles and companies- for example, ensuring there are alumni from bulge bracket, boutique and middle market firms for people interested in investment banking or a range of consulting firms etc. This would ensure everyone gets exposure to the all the different opportunities available.

One thing I would really like to implement is surveys or feedback forms, in order to understand exactly who people want to hear from. This would allow me as Alumni manager to contact the best people for events and really tailor these experiences to our audience!
