As a postgraduate IEM (Innovation, Entrepreneurship & Management) student, I am eager to take on the role of co-chair of the AI Society. I bring a unique perspective, having co-founded and managed a startup that provided legal e-conferencing services to a wide range of U.S. clients, including court reporting agencies, large law firms, and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. I plan to leverage this entrepreneurial experience to transition into the legal AI sector. I am very socially active within the IEM community, and I see huge potential to strategically connect IEM students with AI Society members, as many, including myself, are keen to explore opportunities in AI startups. I am originally from New York City and have a wide knowledge of up-and-coming AI startups in both London and New York, and am eager to connect them to Imperial students for networking opportunities.
During my time at Trinity College Dublin, I gained valuable experience in overseeing societal committees through various leadership positions. I served as Speaker Liaison for the Trinity Economic Forum, a student led economic conference. Furthermore, I was Membership Engagement and Recruitment Officer at the Irish Student Consulting Group, contributing to the growth and retention of our member community. In my role as the Student Membership Advisor at Enactus TCD, I focused on encouraging students to get involved in social entrepreneurship initiatives. Through these opportunities, I've gained skills in managing community affairs organizing events and building relationships, with members.
