Have you ever missed out on a course you really wanted to take because of a scheduling conflict? Or found the lab equipment lacking for your experiments? Or maybe you wish the school would support you in exploring a new direction? Don't worry, we've all been there!
This is exactly why you need a student representative. The role of a student rep is to bridge the gap between students and the school, ensuring that important information and policies reach us while also gathering our feedback and holding the school accountable. As students, we all have certain expectations from our school regarding teaching and research. However, some great ideas and suggestions may go unheard due to a lack of cohesion. If I have the honor of being elected, I will listen to every single one of you, gather your opinions, and build an effective communication bridge.
So why not vote for me? I once served as a student rep on the Learning and Teaching Committee at Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, as well as being an excellent class cadre. I truly value your learning experience because I know we’re not just here to hit the books; we’re also here to follow our passions and achieve our dreams.
If you choose me as your student representative, you'll gain a dedicated advocate who will ensure your voices are heard and respected. Let’s work together to make Imperial College the university we all envision!
