Vivaan Gupta
Hi everyone!
I’m Vivaan Gupta, a second-year B.Eng Computing student from India. You’ve probably seen me in the labs, either helping out fellow students or struggling with PintOS (we’ve all been there, right?). I’m excited to run for Year 2 Computing Representative and, with your support, I believe I can make a real difference.
Why vote for me?
I get it. As students, we face all sorts of challenges, whether it’s juggling assignments, technical issues, or just navigating the chaos of university life. I’ve been in the thick of it, and I’m committed to making sure that every concern, big or small, is properly communicated to the department. Whether it's about course content, lab resources, or just general student well-being, I’ll make sure your voice is heard.
Leadership experience? I’ve got that too!
From leading my high school tech and MUN clubs to currently being the Lead at the Google Developer Student Club, I’ve learned how to guide teams and drive results. I know how to advocate for a group, make sure everyone’s on the same page, and—most importantly—get things done.
International student? I’ve got your back!
As an international student myself, I understand the unique challenges that come with studying abroad. If you’re facing any issues, I’ll be more than happy to represent you and push for solutions. We’re all in this together, and I’m committed to making our journey as smooth as possible.
Vote for Vivaan. I’m here to listen, to help, and to represent all of us.
