Rucha Potdukhe

Hey! I'm Rucha, a Medical Biosciences with Management student applying for the role of Marketing Manager. As a current member I have attended numerous Women in Business events and I would love to get involved on a committee level to help others learn more about careers within business, finance and consulting. Having previously managed social media pages for student climate organisations and currently running the social media for my own business, I have developed skills such as content creation and design which I believe will make me an ideal candidate for this role. Being an analytical person, I enjoy making decisions based on data and think that when looking to grow an online presence, this is an invaluable skill. Being a Feminist society leader at my old school, I am passionate about getting women into more male-dominated areas such as finance!

My goal as Marketing Manager would be to:

1. Build an online community of engaged, ambitious women who want to learn more about careers within business, finance, consulting and more!
2. Design attractive content for all social media platforms to ensure both active and inactive members feel inspired to participate in events
3. Conduct surveys and meetings to gather feedback from members and encourage a supportive and fun environment
