I am a first year biomed+managament student and I would like to be an events officer for the FemTech society next year. I have held roles such as events coordinator, fundraising committee member, form captain, etc. at school, and I would like to use the skills I learned through these positions and apply them to magnify interest in an area of science with abundant potential. Holding events for like-minded people, to explore and unlock opportunities in women’s healthcare and technologically advance the field, I think is a significant aspect of Imperial FemTech - it is something I am keen to be a part of.
