Hi everyone! I’m Shreya, and I would love to be your next MedEd publicity officer. I remember during Easter break of my first year I was panicking about the immense workload of BRS and quickly MedEd became my knight in shining armour. To be able to give back to a society that has helped me so much over the past two years would be an incredibly rewarding opportunity. Publicity plays a pivotal role in ensuring that as many students as possible are able to access the brilliant MedEd tutorials and content, so I would use social media platforms (such as Instagram and Tiktok) as well as posters to promote such events. I would also implement a MedEd Newsletter, which would include links to the most recent tutorials and direct advice from older years consisting of what they struggled with at the time of publishing, so that current students are able to utilise the insight of older years in their study. I am also a great teamworker, having been in many leadership roles at university and school, and I have had previous experience in publicising events. To be a part of MedEd would be a great opportunity and I would love to have your vote.
