Hello, I’m Alicia, a second year Earth Science student.
As we transition to a new climate of diversifying our energy sectors to reduce carbon emissions and optimise energy supply, it has become more important than ever to discuss how these goals will be met and the challenges faced. As a passionate advocate for sustainable energy solutions I’d love to be the coordinator for the annual G3 conference.
It is my firm belief that knowledge dissemination and collaborative discussions are essential catalysts for driving change. Hence, I aspire to facilitate an impactful and engaging conference that instructs insightful discussions about developments towards reaching net zero goals and network with such like-minded individuals.
I can assure that my experiences from previous committees has equipped me with the organisational skills required for a large scale event such as this. I’m prepared to handle the logistics and oversight of the project to ensure that the conference runs smoothly and professionally to be enjoyed by everyone.
